RE <br />to be held of F 28, 1962, <br />to propose specifications for <br />Commissioner, Department of <br />Highway planning conference <br />was read and placed on file. <br />000020 <br />Motion by Crane to pay expenses to trustee Sullivan and <br />Engineer Les KnutsJn for attendance as representative of the <br />Village at said conference. Seconded by Hodges 4 Ayes <br />Motion by Crane to adopt Resolution 96 adopting <br />Minnesota Statute Laws of 1961, Chapter 728 regarding information <br />of Ramsey County League of Municipalities. Sec. by Blanchard <br />4 Ayes <br />Motion by Blanchard to appoint Mayor Crane and Trustee <br />Hodges as delegates to the Ramsey County League of Municipalities <br />Seconded by Sullivan 4 Ayes <br />The liquor investigation reportwwas discussed and <br />placed on file, <br />Mayor Crane requested that residents who know of violations <br />report them immediately and be prepared to sign a statement <br />stating what they saw and when the violation had incurred <br />The Clerks Office will notify lisensee's of these <br />establishments to appear at the Agenda meeting February 24, 1962 <br />at 9 :00 A.M, <br />The Minutes of the first organizational meeting of the <br />Youth Activities Committee wege read and placed on file. <br />Motion by Crane to makenthis organization a portion <br />of the Recreation 1'$e fitment and to appoint Pars. Fran ?Atelier <br />as chairwoman, Mrs, Lindeman, Mss, Wall, Mrs. Van Reese and <br />Mrs. Carnes as members of this organization. By Laws of <br />this organization will be as listed on their minutes. <br />Seconded by Sullivan 4 Ayes <br />Mayor Crane stated that there were two openings remaining <br />on this committee and that if anyone was interested in serving <br />they could contact the Village Office and so state. lotion <br />by Crane to appropriate x50.00 from the General Fund and <br />transfer it to the Recreation Department for use at the <br />next organizational meeting of the Youth Activities Committee. <br />Seconded by Blanchard 4 Ayes <br />The date of the first dance and organizational meeting <br />will be March 2, 1962. <br />I'r. Sullivan reported that he and Mr. Skiba were <br />drafting the list of duties of the Public Works Superintendent <br />and hoped to present them at the next meeting, <br />
