Malvin Naye. <br />The Engineer presented copies of the Plans and Specs for <br />Well #2 pump house and pump. This will be disdussed and acted <br />upon at the next regular meeting. <br />A letter from the Engineer regarding the drainage problem <br />on Eastwood at the home of Mr. A. Treletad was presented. <br />Mr. Sullivan expressed his disatisfaetion with the report and <br />determined with the Engineer that the problem could be alleviated <br />by the construction of an open ditch on the west side of the <br />road. The matter was referred to Sullivan for action. <br />The Engineer was instructed to bring the report on the <br />total project cost for each water project to the Council as <br />soon as possible. <br />Motion by Blanchard to pay bills as presented. <br />Seconded by Crane. (list attached) 5 Ayes <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses. (Mr. H. Ware <br />license approved subject to receipt of proper application <br />from Mr. H. Ware.) Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes <br />The Clerk presented a meeting hall rental agreement <br />form which the Council agreed to adopt. <br />Motion by Malvin to adjourn.
