PR10EEDINGS IF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE 1F M'7UNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY C 7UNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council <br />was called to order by Mayor Crane at 8:00 P.M., August 13, 1962 <br />at 2401 Highway #10. <br />Roll call was taken by Clerk <br />Present were: <br />Mayor: Allan B. Crane <br />Adm. Deputy Clerk Paul E. Boog <br />Trustees: Donald Hodges <br />Perry Malvin <br />John Sullivan <br />Absent: <br />Clerk: <br />Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />Also Present: <br />Attorney: Richard Meyers <br />Engineer: Les Knutson <br />Public Works Walter Skiba <br />OdO 109 <br />The Mayor opened the Public Hearing for water extension <br />on La Porte Drive. Mayor Crane called for objections to the <br />water main extension on LaPort Drive from Edgewood to Jackson <br />no objections; the Mayor called for those in favor none <br />appeared. The Mayor declared the hearing closed. <br />Motion by Malvin to order Water Improvement 1962 -3 <br />as described: <br />LaPort Drive from Edgewood to Jackson <br />Edgewood Drive from Sherwood to Arden <br />Sherwood Drive from Edgewood to Jackson <br />Jackson Drive from Sherwood to La Port <br />Johnson Drive from Greenfield Place to Sherwood <br />and to order final plans thereon. <br />Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Motion by Hodges to order Water Improvement 1962 -2, <br />Eastwood from Sherwood to County Road J and to order final <br />plans. Seconded by Crane. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Motion by Crane to advertise for bids on Water Projects <br />1962 -2 and 1962 -3 to be opena 8:00 P.M., September 10,1962. <br />Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Motion by Crane to set August 27, 1962 at 8:00 P.M. <br />date for Public Hearing for Water Improvement 1962 -3A, on <br />Woodlawn from Sherwood to the North, to serve property owned <br />by Ambrose DeGross, 8123 Woodlawn, Jack Standfield,8126 Woodlawn. <br />Seconded by Sullivan. 4Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />
