-4 <br />The Clerk was instructed to write a letter to the Village <br />of New Brighton to request a temporary connection to their <br />sanitary sewer system at County Road H as an emergency measure <br />to help eliviate this unsanitary sewage condition in the <br />Babinski area. <br />The Clerk was also insturcted to write a letter to the <br />Minnesota State Health Department to determine what power or <br />authority the St.has to remedy this problem. <br />The Engineer reported that the State Aid Plans for <br />Hillview went to the Highway Department, August 6, 1962. <br />Motion by Crane to pay Dunkley Estimate #2 for $3,144.92. <br />Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />The Engineers Change Order #1 for Well #2 a deduct in the <br />alternate was received. <br />Attorney Meyers was instructed to prepare different <br />methods of assessment procedures for sanitary and storm sewer <br />and for rebuilding village streets The Attorney reported <br />that the easements for the Haluptzok Terrace had been sent out. <br />Motion by Crane to sign the Northern States Power Gas <br />Contract to provide gas for the new pump at Well #2 and to have <br />the Village Attorney write a letter notifying N.S.P. tht the <br />Village does not foresee any use of a stand -by system in the <br />future and to approve payment of $2,400.00 deposit. <br />Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Motion by Crane c:: sign the Fire Contract as submitted <br />by Attorney Meyers with the Spring Lake Fire Department for <br />$4,593.64 for 1963. <br />Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Motion by Sullivan to adopt Ordinance #95 (rezone Harris <br />property from R1 to R3) Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Motion by Sullivan to adopt Resolution #110 changing <br />assessments due to sub division. Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes <br />Motion Carried. <br />Motion by Crane to paythe expenses incurred by the Boy <br />Scouts cleaning village property on August 25, 1962. <br />Seconded by Sullivan, 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Motion by Hodges to set the fee for mowing weeds on <br />private property at Four dollars and fifty cents per hour <br />Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Motion by Sullivan to approve the licenses. (list attached) <br />Seconded by Hodges, 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Motion by Hodges to appoint the following as election <br />judges: Precinct #1 Iva Mae Petron, Grace Allickson <br />and Bernice Schaffhausen; <br />030112 <br />
