Lower bid per foot of pipe. <br />2. Lessappurtenances to the line. <br />3. Amount of front footage to be assessed. <br />Several questions from citizens were answered and the hearing <br />was then recessed to give thoee preen t an opportunity to check their <br />personal assessment. <br />The hearing on the matter of rezoning of Lot #58, Auditorts <br />Sub Division #89 was opened by the Mayor, <br />There were no obj:ecters present, and the Council agreed_ <br />that the actual revzoning of the property would take place after <br />a building permit was issued. <br />The Mayor then closed this hearing. <br />Motion by Hodges to accept minutes of August 13, 1962 <br />as presented. Seconded by Malvin, 3 Ayes. <br />Blanchatd abstained because of absence from said meeting, <br />A Memo from the Attorney was read and placed on file, <br />Memo is in regards to possible assessment of corner -lot after lot <br />is split. <br />The Police Commission report was read and placed on file. <br />The matter of extermination of squirrels by shooting was <br />brought up and discussed at some length, <br />Motion by Malvin to concur with the Police Commissions <br />recommendation and to immediately revoke all permits for <br />pest shooting in the Village The only shooting to be allowed <br />hereafter will be under the direct supervision of the Police Dept. <br />Seconded by Crane, 4Ayes. <br />The Police will notify the County game warden of this <br />action by letter phcae er personal entact. <br />Mr. Joseph Jirovec, 7768 Groveland Road requested information <br />regarding possible rezoning of some of his property, He was <br />referred to the Planning Commission. <br />The Mayor reopened the Water Assessment Hearing and <br />asked for objections: <br />1. Mr. V. L. Grande, 5165 Long Lake Road,feels that the <br />assessment is unfair, and fears getting re- assessed for the same <br />property when land is fully developed. <br />
