-3- <br />0J0141 <br />Attoney, Richard Meyers, was instructed to draw up a trailer <br />park ordinance which would encourage operation of the highest <br />class. <br />Engineer,Les Knutson, presented estimates for Bronson Drive <br />and Woodlawn Drive. <br />Motion by Sullivan to authorize the Engineer to have <br />Dunkley Surfacing Company to scarify oil and roll Bronson Drive <br />from Adams Street to Quincy for $670.00. Seconded by Crane. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Sullivan to authorize the Engineer to have <br />Dunkley Surfacing Company to scarify,oil, and roll Woodlawn Drive <br />from County Road I to Hillview Road for $733.32. <br />Seconded by Crane. 4 Ayes <br />Mayor Crane read the Police Report. With 5,460 miles patrolled <br />204 calls answered, 66 tickets issued;there were 6 assidts to <br />other departments, 7 persons to jail and 3 juveniles arrested <br />Motion by Hodges to have Northern States Power install a <br />street light at Woodcrest and Eastwood as per request on <br />petition. Seconded by Crane; 4 Ayes <br />Motion by Crane to have Northern States Power install street <br />lights at Edgewood Drive and County Road H -2 and at Edgewood <br />Drive and County Road I. Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes. <br />Mr. Malvin read a letter from Dale Larson about the sewage <br />problem involvir4 the duplexes on Sunnyside Road. This letter to <br />be referred to the Engineer. <br />Motion by Crane to have Northern States Power Company <br />install three street lights on the parking lot ,and one on <br />Edgewood Drive to light the entrance to the lot. Seconded <br />by Sullivan. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Sullivan to omit the portion of the East -West <br />Street between Red Oak and County Road J and to instruct the <br />Engineer to delete this section from the present maps. <br />Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes. <br />Sullivan reported that the patching of the Village Streets <br />would soon be finished. <br />Mr. Skiba, Public Work Superintendent, was instructed to lay <br />cultured sod in front of the Municipal Building. Mr. Skiba <br />was instructed to paint the cross walk on Quincy and County Road <br />I also at Irondale and Woodcrest. <br />A renewal of a special use permit was received from Areo; <br />Plastics Inc. The Clerk was instructed to invite him t.% the <br />next Council meeting. <br />Mr. Piehowski, presented a permit from Mr. Glen Westerheim, 2286 <br />Bronson Drive to build a 10 x 10 foot tool shed. Motion by <br />Malvin to allow a special permit fur a secondary building. <br />Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes. <br />
