-4- 0J0064 <br />Motion by Blanchard to withold issuance of a building permit <br />on County Road H Right of Way until County Road is extended at least <br />to applicants home site. Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes. <br />(Applicant is Mr. Robert Eigenheer 8803 Polk Street N.E.) <br />Motion by Sullivan to request the County Board to extend <br />County Road H from Irondale Road to Highway 10, because of above action. <br />Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes. <br />The attorney will present this request to the County Board <br />when he appears regarding Judicial Ditch 1. <br />The request for a building permit for the trailer park was <br />filed until more complete plans are submitted. <br />The Engineer presented the approximate costs of the back -lot <br />line sewer proposal. A written report will be submitted showing costs <br />and proposed service area. Action will be taken at next regular <br />meeting. <br />The Engineer reported that the final sanitary sewer plans <br />were complete except for the point of connection to NSSSD main. <br />The proposed grade for the Jansen property was presented <br />and placed on file. <br />The County is to repair Eastwood and Edgewood within <br />the next 1 days if weather permits. <br />The Engineer stated that the contractors were still <br />responsible for the Hillview project and well house 2 as the Village <br />has not yet paid for them. <br />The Engineer recommended that the developers of a parcel <br />of land deposit a percentage of a proposed public improvement to cover <br />the Engineering fees if said improvement were not put in. This would <br />assure the Village that the Engineering fees for projects that fail <br />would not be placed on the general tax levy, but would be paid <br />by the persons requesting same. <br />The Attorney will prepare'a resolution to cover the above <br />suggestion. <br />The Attorney presented the transcript for the forthcoming <br />bond sale for signatures by the Mayor and Clerk. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve license application submitted. <br />(list attached) Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to pay bills totaling $16,105.99. <br />(list attached) Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Crane that the Clerk's ?ffice be authorized to <br />hire two meter readers at $.25 per meter. Seconded by Blanchard 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Crane to adopt Resolution 128. <br />Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes. <br />Approving membership in the RCLM for 1963 -64 <br />Motion by Malvin to adjourn.
