Sullivan <br />Les Knutson <br />Richard Meyers <br />Paul Boog <br />Walter Skiba <br />0 ,301 3 0 <br />was called <br />at 2401 <br />Mayor Hodges announced the dates of the sewer hearings; Dec. 5,12, <br />and 19, at the Edgewood Junior High School. <br />The attorney was directed to check on the procedure to follow: re. <br />nuesting change of post office for the village as a whole. <br />Mr.. James Kinne and Mr. Gordon Hafslund presented a resolution from <br />the Spring Lake Park Fire Department and requested the council's <br />early action, Motion by Blanchard, to adopt resolution #141. Seconded <br />by Hodges. 3 Ayes. <br />Resolution set a levy of mill for Firemen's Benefit Ass. for S.L P. <br />Fire Department. <br />Mr. Don Harrison requested a building permit for a secondary build- <br />ing on his lot at 7069 Pleasant View Dr. Motion by Blanchard to concur <br />with building inspector's recommendation. amd grant building permit: as <br />requested above. Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes. <br />Jack Bell appeared for Mr. Mueller, requesting a public hearing ror <br />rezoning to R3 certain parts of Mr. Mueller's property. Motion by <br />Sullivan to set public hearing for rezoning of Mueller property from <br />R1B to R3. Hearing to be held at 9:30 P.M., Dec.23, 1 963. Seconded by <br />Blanchard. 3 Ayes. <br />Two petitions for street lights were received. Motion by Blanchard <br />to send purchasing order to N.S.P. for one 6,000 Lumen light at the <br />intersection of Quincy and Lambert. Seconded by Hodges. 3Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to send purchasing order to N.S.P. for one <br />6,000 lumen light at the intersection of Edgewood and Woodale. <br />Seconded by Hodges. 3 Ayes. <br />Mr. Skiba was directed to investigate the complaint of rats in the <br />Knoll Drive area. <br />The B. and E. Patrol is to be directed to check more closely on the <br />dog situation in the Knoll Drive area. The B.BE. Patrol will be re- <br />minded by the clerk's office that certain monthly reports have not <br />been received by the village recently. <br />Mr. Malvin arrived at 9:05 P.M. <br />
