Sanitary sewer outlet to be furnished under a <br />cooperative agreement with the North Suburban <br />Sanitary Sewer District. <br />The estimated cost of the above improvement is <br />$2,573,740. <br />The area proposed tc be assessed for said improve- <br />ment will include the entire Village." <br />Notice of the hearing was published on two dates: November 21, <br />1963 and November 28, 1963. There are 1,960 parcels in the Village <br />and approximate_y 3,000 notices were mailed tc, all addresses avail- <br />able, which included notices based cn water billings. <br />A technical review of the progress of the sewer pre9 ram from <br />its inception to the present time was given by Mr. Meyers. He <br />stated that the septic tank problem first arose in September, 1958, <br />at which time it was brought to the Council's attention.
