PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW 0J0O11 <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called <br />to order by Mayor Hodges at 8:00 P.M., January 27, 1964 at 2401 Highway <br />#10. <br />Present Were: <br />Mayor: <br />Clerk: <br />Trustee: <br />Trustee: <br />Absent: <br />Trustee: <br />Also Present: <br />Administrative Clerk: <br />Attorney: <br />Treasurer: <br />Engineer: <br />Public Works: <br />Donald C. Sullivan <br />Paul Boog <br />Richard Meyers <br />Irone Edberg <br />Les Knutson <br />Walter Skiba <br />The Mayor reported that Mr. Sullivan was hospitalized, but was ex- <br />pected to be home by Wednesday. <br />Motion by LaVaque to approve the minutes of January 13, 1964 as <br />SP presented. Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes. <br />Mr. Eliason approved as requested by the Council at the previous <br />meeting and explained why he requested an extension of time for parking <br />of mobile homes. <br />Motion by Hodges to renew permit for above use for 60 days, allowing <br />Mr. Eliason to live in mobile home at 8323 Eastwood Road. Seconded by <br />Rustad. 4 Ayes. <br />Mr. C. Larson requested approval of the remainder of the building <br />permits on the Montgomery Trailer Park Site. Motion by Rustad to authorize <br />the building inspector to issue building permits for a total of 21 four <br />plexes at this location. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. <br />Mayor Hodges informed the residents and papers of the mailing of an <br />advisory -type notice to the land owners and residents regarding sewer. <br />(Copy of said notice attached to the official minutes.) <br />A complaint from a resident regarding the unsanitary conditions in <br />a rental unit was referred to Mr. LaVaque for action. <br />Mr. Rustad read a letter from the Police Chief regarding needed stop <br />signs in the village. Letter on file. Motion by Rustad to concur with the <br />Police Chief's r:canmendation and o::der stop signs at the intersection <br />of Red Oak Drive and County Road H -2, and at Red lak Drive and Woodcrest <br />Drive. Seconded by LaVaque. 4 Ayes. <br />The Minutes of the Planning Commission were read and filed. <br />
