Hearing to be held oh Monday, Feb. 10,1964 at 9:00 P.M. <br />(Siwek Apts. on Groberg) Seconded by L aVaque. 4 Ayes. <br />Mr. Skiba reported that the meters removed from the village by a <br />realtor,(reported at previous meeting) have been returned. <br />Mr. Piehowski presented plans for Cross of Glory Church and requested <br />approval. Motion by Olanchatd to cohcur with building inspector's re <br />commehdatioh and d orize,him to issue building petmit for Cross of <br />Glory Church. Secoh ed by LaVacIue& 4 Ayes. <br />The Engineer reported that the new state aid requirements necessitated <br />the purchase of a new traffic counter by the village. This was laid over <br />to the next regular meeting for cost estimates by the Engineer. <br />The Attorney was directed to work with the Engineer and to prepare a <br />formal contract for engineering services. <br />The Engineer presehted orally a recfuest by the County as follows: <br />1. County to designate Fairchild Ave. as County Road. <br />2. TWo altetnates north of Highway #10. <br />A. Motion by Blanchard <br />to adopt Resolution #145. Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes. <br />A resolution referring to change of ::.'assments <br />and 1960 -2 was presented. Motion by Hodges to adopt <br />Seconded by Rustad. <br />A resolution referring to change of assessments <br />was presented. Motion by Rustad to adopt Resolution <br />LaVaque. <br />for project 1960 -1 <br />Resolution #146. <br />4 Ayes. <br />for project 1961 -1 <br />#147. Seconded by <br />4 Ayes. <br />A resolution regarding certain assessments was presented. Motion by <br />LaVaque to adopt Resolution #148. Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes. <br />Resolution #148 covers the following divisions: #32738(MA 34,35,43), 32987 <br />(MA 34 35), 32478, 32773'(MA 35,37), 32849 (MA 34 37). <br />A resolution abating assessment of 11.36 was presented. Motion by <br />Hodges to adopt Resolution #149. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes. <br />Copies of letters from the Attorney to the Board of Health, New Brighton <br />Council, Chies Bros., regarding the condition and operation of the Chies <br />dump were placed on file. <br />Motion by Hodges to adopt Ordinance #109, entitled: (Snowbird) <br />AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING REM')VAL CF MCI VEHICLES FROM <br />PUBLIC PARKING AREAS AFTER PROPER WARNING. AND PROVIDING <br />A PENALTY F FAILURE TO OBSERVE WARNING. <br />Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes. <br />
