-2- OJUGl2 Motion by Blanchard to set a public hearing to rezone from R2 to 53 the Nprth 390 f -et of the .East quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Notthwes,t quarter, Section 8, Toehhs ipp 30, Range 23, Ramsey GoUnty, Minn Bota. Hearing to be held oh Monday, Feb. 10,1964 at 9:00 P.M. (Siwek Apts. on Groberg) Seconded by L aVaque. 4 Ayes. Mr. Skiba reported that the meters removed from the village by a realtor,(reported at previous meeting) have been returned. Mr. Piehowski presented plans for Cross of Glory Church and requested approval. Motion by Olanchatd to cohcur with building inspector's re commehdatioh and d orize,him to issue building petmit for Cross of Glory Church. Secoh ed by LaVacIue& 4 Ayes. The Engineer reported that the new state aid requirements necessitated the purchase of a new traffic counter by the village. This was laid over to the next regular meeting for cost estimates by the Engineer. The Attorney was directed to work with the Engineer and to prepare a formal contract for engineering services. The Engineer presehted orally a recfuest by the County as follows: 1. County to designate Fairchild Ave. as County Road. 2. TWo altetnates north of Highway #10. A. Red Oak Drive BI Extension of Paitchild Ave. The Attorney was inetrUeted to asceitaih Whether or not the County will on for easements and the Council can make a decisioh o which A tetnate route to take at that time. The Attorney presented a resolution to request the County to change the name of Spring Lake Park Road to Spring Lake Road. Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution #145. Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes. A resolution referring to change of ::.'assments and 1960 -2 was presented. Motion by Hodges to adopt Seconded by Rustad. A resolution referring to change of assessments was presented. Motion by Rustad to adopt Resolution LaVaque. for project 1960 -1 Resolution #146. 4 Ayes. for project 1961 -1 #147. Seconded by 4 Ayes. A resolution regarding certain assessments was presented. Motion by LaVaque to adopt Resolution #148. Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes. Resolution #148 covers the following divisions: #32738(MA 34,35,43), 32987 (MA 34 35), 32478, 32773'(MA 35,37), 32849 (MA 34 37). A resolution abating assessment of 11.36 was presented. Motion by Hodges to adopt Resolution #149. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes. Copies of letters from the Attorney to the Board of Health, New Brighton Council, Chies Bros., regarding the condition and operation of the Chies dump were placed on file. Motion by Hodges to adopt Ordinance #109, entitled: (Snowbird) AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING REM')VAL CF MCI VEHICLES FROM PUBLIC PARKING AREAS AFTER PROPER WARNING. AND PROVIDING A PENALTY F FAILURE TO OBSERVE WARNING. Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes.
