OSU <br />Motion by Sullivan that the Village of Mounds View should partici- <br />pate with ?`aterous Co. to sand blast and paint the two hundred water <br />hydrants at one dollar and sixty -two cents (01.62) each upon receipt <br />of a letter from the "aterous Co. guaranteeing the work for one year. <br />Seconded by LaVaque. 5 Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Sullivan stated that sections of the roads would be patched. He re- <br />ported the Lakeside Park Commission approved the Swimming Program. It <br />would start on June 15, 1964. The swimming program to cost *7.00 per <br />person or 05.00 per family. Sullivan said he plans to meet with repre- <br />sentatives of Ramsey County to get an estimate on the cost of <br />a bituminous parking lot; and meet'with representatives of N.S.P., to <br />determine the cost and type of lighting for Lakeside Park. <br />Motion by Blanchard to refer the League of Municipalities liability <br />insurance survey to the Village Insurance agents to fill out the in- <br />formational sheets. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Motion by Sullivan to revise the health and accident insurance by <br />increasing cost of premium and by deleting Jo Ann Monson from the plan. <br />Mrs. Monson is to receive an increase of ';.10.00 per month in her salary <br />to compensate for this deletion. Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes. Motion <br />carried. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve of the Final Estimate of D. Hickey <br />Company for 04,737.80 "ell „`2 and enter into a one year maintenance <br />bond agreement. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Attorney Meyers stated that enlarging the drag strip could be acc- <br />omplished only by Council approval. <br />Motion. by Rustad to adopt resolution ,'15 providing for division of <br />?Water Assessments Division ;:33144 Area, Lateral, and Service; Division <br />'3.,152 Area. Seconded by LaVanue. 5 Ayes. Notion carried. <br />Attorney Meyers submitted a proposed Ordinance on Vacating a Premise <br />after 1:30 A.M.; the Police Hankbook; a memo pertaining to creation of <br />a new job classification. <br />[Motion by Blanchard to pay bills totaling 14,600.52. Seconded by <br />LaVaque. 5 Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve the licenses submitted(list attached.) <br />Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Motion by Blanchard to authorise the Treasurer to transfer $15,000.00 <br />from the Water Utility Fund to the General Fund. Seconded by Sullivan. <br />5 Ayes. notion carried. <br />
