PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIE'' RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA 0J0011 The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by Mayor Hodges at 8:00 P.M. Rustad Perry Malvin Shelly Boehm Irene Edberg TJalter Skiba Motion by La Vaque to approve minutes of January 4 as presented. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes. Minutes of January 11 corrected as follows: Page 1, Para.9 Line 3. Stike sentence "This referred to information relative to the election being contested by her husband.' Insert "This referred to a request for the number of ballots ordered for all contests in the November 3, General Election in Mounds View." Motion by Hodges to accept minutes of January 11, 1965 as corrected. Seconded by La Vaque. 5 Ayes. Motion by Rustad to approve minutes of January 18, 1965 as presented. Seconded by La Vaque. 5 Ayes. The Mayor reported that Mr. Olson, from the Public Examiners Office had met with the Council and had given a rough estimate of the cost of a Public Examiners Audit as being in the $3,000 to $7,000 range. Mr. Rustad reported for the NSSSD requesting the Council to set up a new rate schedule for water use at their proposers pumping station clue to the excessive_ amount of water required to maintain service. (referred to the next agenda) Motion by Blanchard to rezone the following land from R -1A, B -1 and L -1 to B -3 with a special use permit for establishing a trailer Mobile Home Park. Subject to Highway, the South Eight (8) acres to part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE %,NE Westerly of line running Southeasterly 425 feet MnL from North Section line and par with and 75 feet Southwesterly from CL of STH 10 -62; thence Southeasterly to point 495 feet North of and 516.12 feet West of South and East Lines of saidV4; thence South 493 feet par with East Line of' Section 17, Township 30, Range 23; and a corridor strip no greater than 100 fc -t wije for access to TH 10 on the South east corner of !J said parcel containing 12/100th of an acre more or less.
