and filed. <br />Said rezoning is contingent upon: <br />1. Approval of final plans by the Village Council. <br />2. Conformance to the Proposed changes in the Mobile Home Park <br />Ordinance <br />3. The special use permit will be non transferrable until construct <br />ion is completed. Seconded by Malvin. <br />The developer of Johnson Terrace informed the Council of <br />the fact that the deed for that park property has not been properly <br />recorded. Matter referred to the Attorney. <br />Mr. Ron Vanelli, representing Northern States Power Company, <br />presented the Council with cost figures for service to the Mounds View <br />Pumping Stations as follows: <br />1 $1500; 2 $165.00; 3 $520.00 <br />Referred to the Attorney for recommendation. <br />Mr. Simcoe and Mr. Tupper from Minnesota Supply Company <br />requested the Council set up a meeting so that they could demonstrate <br />their voting machine. <br />Meeting date set Monday, February 15 at 8:30 P.M.- Paper <br />will advertise this meeting. The General Public is invited to attend. <br />Motion by Blanchard to accept the bid of National Cash <br />Register for the Office Billing Machine for $4,320.00. <br />Seconded by La Vague.. 5 Ayes. <br />The representative from the Company informed the Council <br />that he may not be able to deliver the machine as bid. The Clerk <br />advised the Council that the bid bond was designed to cover this <br />eventuality. <br />Motion by Hodges to turn over the entire operation of the <br />pop machine includin5 profit, if any, to the Y.A.C. to help finance <br />their program. Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes. <br />Mr. La Vague read a letter regarding Well 2 from Ziegler <br />Company. (on file) Said Well had been repaired, tested and broke <br />down again. <br />The sewer pumping contract from Northern States Power was <br />referred to the Attorney for study and recommendation. <br />A letter from the Council to Mr. Anklan, County Engineer, <br />was read, requesting full sanding of Village Streets (copy on file) <br />The minutes of the Planning Commission Meeting were read <br />-2- <br />0J0012 <br />Motion by La Vaque to set a public hearing to rezone the <br />following property: Between County Road I and Bronson Drive and <br />between St. Stephens Street and Greenfield Avenue, from R -1 to R -3 <br />for multiple dwellings as requested by Mr. Nordling and Mr. Babinski, <br />No action to be taken until fees are paid. Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by La Value to set the following wage changes: <br />1. Part -time Police Officers to be paid $2.00 per hour for actual <br />hours worked. <br />2. Increase of monthly salary of Sgt. Hagen. Increase will be $20.00 <br />per month. <br />
