Malvin Abstained. <br />Mr. Rustad reported that the N.S.S.S.D. case in Anoka County <br />District Court had been decided in their favor over the Minn. Water Polu- <br />tion Control Commission, and that the outlook action on the disposal <br />plant was better than ever. <br />The matter of on- street parking in the winter was referred to <br />the Agenda Meeting. <br />A dispute between a resident and a local contractor was referred <br />to Agenda Meeting. <br />The Clerk was directed to send a letter to Mr. Mc Cubrey, Highway <br />Department District Engineer, regarding the traffic problem on Highway <br />10 at County Road H -2. <br />The Mayor commended Mr. Art Schott and Mr. J. Sullivan for their <br />services as trustees and presented them with a certificate of apprecia- <br />tion from the Council. <br />The Mayor read a letter from the Village of Fridley approving a <br />request for temporary sewage clumping from the Bel -Rae Ballroom and he <br />directed that a copy be forwarder; to the manager of the Ballroom. (Copy <br />of letter on file) <br />The financial report from the Spring Lake Park Fire Department <br />was received and placers on file. (Copies available for Council and also <br />copy posted on bulletin board.) <br />Motion by Hodges that a general public hearing be set to discuss <br />the possibility of flouridation of the Village water supply, on April <br />19, 1965 at 7 :30 P.M. Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes. <br />Mr. Rustad reporters that the Police Civil Service Commission <br />was preparing a roster of eligibles for the Police Department. <br />B 8 E Patrol report for February read and filed. <br />1.
