Motion by <br />La Vaque to concur with planning commission recommendation and set <br />public hearing for rezoning D. Zabel property; <br />to State Hwy 10/62 over Nely 75 ft. the Nely 410; 6/10 <br />feet of part of SE Y SWLY of CL of SD ST H and Bet 2 <br />LS run SWLY at RA from -`SD CL and from PIS measured. <br />Thereon 965 9/10 ft. and 1065 9/10 ft. from 5L of SD <br />Y <br />in <br />from Bl to E3 for Offices and Warehouse on April 26, 1965 at 9:00 P.M. <br />Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes. <br />Above act dependent on receipt of proper papers and payment of fees <br />involved. <br />Mrs Mann reported on the bid received for the bond issue and ad- <br />vised the Council of their choices of action: <br />1. Dismissal and re- advertising <br />2. Splitting bond issue and re- advertising <br />3. Negotiating privately <br />4. Acceptance of bid received as interest rate was approximately <br />what was anticipated. <br />After some discussion the Council felt that #4 was the proper <br />course of action and the Fiscal Agent presented three resolutions <br />regarding this. <br />Motion by Rusted to adopt Resolution <br />Awarding sale of bonds. <br />Notion by La Vaque to adopt Resolution <br />Consolidating Sewer and Street Improvement. <br />Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution <br />Malvin. 5 Ayyes. Resolution 198 au <br />sale and delivery of $I,86°,000 Improvement Bonds.o <br />the improvement Bonn Redemption Fund, and providing <br />special assessments for the support and maintenance <br />also levying General Acs Valorem Taxes for said fund <br />Seconded by La Vaque <br />5 Ayes. <br />Seconded by Hodges <br />5 Ayes: <br />Seconded by <br />zing the issuance <br />f 1965, payable from <br />for and appropriating <br />of said fund, and <br />Motion by La Vaque to send Mr. Skiba to the Water Works Operators <br />School at.the University of Minnesota and to pay necessary expenses in- <br />volved.
