The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was <br />called to order by Icting Mayor Rustad at 8:00 P.M., April 12, 1963 <br />at 2401 Highway 10. <br />Present Were: <br />Clerk: <br />Trustee: <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIE't' <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Lloyd J. Boog <br />`'Ja lter Skiba <br />0j0041. <br />Motion by Malvin to approve minutes of March 22, 1965 as presented. <br />Seconded by Rustad. 3 Ayes. <br />Motion by Rusted to approve minutes of March 29, 1965 as presented. <br />Seconded by Blanchard. 3 Ayes. <br />Mx. Rustad announced that the NSSSD sewer program is progressing <br />n schedule. <br />A proposal for a subdivision in the Spring Lake Park Knolls <br />Addition was presented by the Tred Company. <br />Motion by Malvin to refer this to the Planning Commission for <br />a report. Seconded by Rusted. 3 Ayes,. <br />Mr. Jack Bell, requested the Council to reaffirm their position <br />on the rezoning of a portion of the O'Connell property on County Road <br />'A-2 and Highway 10. Action was originally taken on November 26, 1962 <br />approving this rezoning, upon receipt and approval of a building permit. <br />The Clerk's Office was directed to prepare a letter on the above matter. <br />The matter of financing for the Little League was referred to <br />the next agenda meeting with a definite decision to be made at the <br />next regular council meeting. <br />The B and E Patrol report for March was read and filed. <br />The Police Department report for March vas read and filed. <br />Motion by Rusted to extend the hours of Officer Kardell <br />so as to make :im a full time patrolman At a salary of $450.00 per month <br />ffective April 15, 1965. Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes. <br />Mr. La Vaque reported that hot mix patching has begun on village <br />'ads and that the worst areas were being corrected first. <br />
