-2- 010051 <br />Motion by Blanchard to grant the request of Mr. Wesley Ehlers <br />6929 Pleasant View 0rive to reserve the Village Hall on the third <br />Saturday of each month for Square Dancing. This would extend for a <br />beriod of one year starting in May 1965 at a rate of $11.00 per month. <br />subject to cancellation by the Council if the hall is needed for Village <br />functions. Seconded by La Vaque. 5 Ayes, Motion Carried, <br />A proposed Sewer Ordinance was discussed. <br />Motion by Rusted to abate the following water bills after <br />applying the water meter deposit to the diliquent bills. Mr. Chaucey <br />Wilmot, 2515 County Road H ($10.50) Ten dollars and fifty cents balance <br />to be abated. Mr. Lawrence Erickson, 2566 Sherwood Road ($12.75) Twelve <br />dollars and seventy.five cents balance to be abated. (Neither used water) <br />Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes, Motion Carried. <br />Motion by La Vaque to abate the following water bill of <br />I. C. Rustad, 7820 Gloria Cireie ($22.75) Twenty -Two dollars and <br />Seventy.five eents acaured in 1961 at that time the water was determined <br />bad. Testing of the water resulted Seeonded by Malvin;. 4 Ayes. <br />Rusted abstained. Motie* Carried. <br />Motion by La Vaque to turn off the Municipal Water at eleven <br />vacant houses water to be kept off ustil watoe bills are paid. <br />Seconded by Hodges, 5 Ayes, Motion carried. <br />Motion by $lasehard to adjourn, Seconded by La Vaque. <br />Meetiig adjourned at la;2s P.M, <br />Respectfully submitted <br />Paul E.
