-2- <br />Motion by La Vague to grant a Five foot variance to side yard <br />set back requirements and allow a five foot side yard setback on the E. <br />siae of propelby at 2209 Lois Drive, owner, Mr. Pasiowitz. <br />Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes. <br />The following policy statement was made by the Council to aid <br />persons build;ng or rebuilding in tie Village. <br />The Council will not consider any requests for variance under <br />the zoning ordinance for less than a five foot yard setback and will only <br />allow that variance if the neigtboring structure has the proper setback. <br />The Clerk's Office and the Building Inspector will be notifies of this <br />action and said notice will be posted on the Village Hall Bulletin Board <br />for the next few months. <br />Motion by Hodges to hire Myron Hanson, 7767 GrovelanA Road as <br />part time Recreation Department employee at a salary of $1.50 per hour. <br />Seconded by La Vaque.. 5 Ayes. <br />The Mayor reported the following: <br />1. Two residents in the disaster area are still at o4.1$ <br />with their Insurance Companies. (Ref. to Attorney) <br />2. Eight homes are under construction in the Lois Knoll <br />area. <br />3. A phone call from Rep.�Karth's office informed the <br />Council that the GFFICE OF EMERGENCY PLANRI G appli- <br />cation was approved and the village should receive <br />75% of the money within the week. <br />Village Engineer Comstock presented several change orders for <br />Council action. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve Change Crder 3 on Project <br />1964 -1, ScheAule A and authorize Mayor and Clerk to execute. <br />Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Hodges to approve Change Order #4 on Project 1964 -1 <br />Schedule A and authorize Mayor and Clerk to execute. Seconded by <br />Rustad. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve Change Order #3 on Project 1964 -1 <br />Schedule B and authorize Mayor and Clerk to execute. Seconded by La Vague. <br />5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Malvin to approve Change Order #3 on Protect 1964 -1 <br />ScheAule C and authorize Mayor and Clerk to execute. Seconded by <br />Rustad. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by La Vague to approve Change Order 1 on Project 1964 -2 <br />and authorize Mayor and Clerk to execute. Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes. <br />
