Seconded by La Vaque. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to accept the final plans and specs. <br />for 1965 -3 and to direct the Clerk to advertise for bids for <br />water project 1965 -3 with bid closing date 7 :00 P.M. on September 7, <br />1965. Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by La Vague to direct the Engineer to prepare the <br />necessary change orders to have streets 30 feet wide instead of 22 feet <br />and to change from dust coat to three inch stabilized base, authorized <br />only where contractors agree to no increase in unit price on certain <br />designated streets. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes. <br />A preliminary date for. all Sanitary Sewer and street <br />assessments was set for September 15, 1965. <br />The Clerk's Office was directed to determine the status of the <br />agreement with Spring Lake Park regarding sewer on Hillview Road. <br />Motion by Blanchard to adopt Ordinance 128, the Sanitary <br />Sewer Ordinance. Seconded by Rusted. <br />Motion by F.usted'to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to <br />execute an agreement with Ramsey County for removal of the Bowman <br />Building for Silver Lake Road Improvement.
