Proteedinot-of e- Villae Council Village of Mounds View Ramsey County, Minnesota The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by Mayor Rustad at 8 :00 p.m. February 28, 1966 at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway 10. Present were: Mayor Ingram C. Rustad Clerk Lloyd J. Blanchard Trustee Perry Malvin Trustee Richard Johnson Trustee Gary Lang Also Present: Attorney Richard Meyers Engineer Sheldon Boehm Public Works Walter Skiba Deputy Clerk Joanne La Casse Motion by Malvin to approve minutes of February 14, 1966 as corrected: Page one, paragraph 4 delete and North. Add The "ttorney is preparing the agreement. Page two, paragraph 11 add on file paragraph 12 Seconded by Rustad. 4 ayes. paragraph 13 Seconded by Blanchard. 4 ayes. Page four, para' 4 Seconded by Blanchard. 4 ayes. Seconded by Johnson 5 ayes. Motion by Rustad to approve minutes of February 21, 1966 as corrected: Page one, paragraph 2 add in the amount of $900.00. Seconded by Malvin 5 ayes. A letter from the Engineer regarding Well #2 was read and filed. Mr. Rustad reported that the sewer contract for part of the Shoreview Village line and Lift Stations have been let. Arvid Birkeland presented the plot for Birkeland Addition. Motion by Blanchard to approve final plans for Birkeland Addition and authorize Mayor and Clerk to execute. Seconded by Rustad. 5 ayes. A representative from Skelly al presented the Council with plans for a station at the NW corner of County Road H and Highway 10. Motion by Blanchard to concur with the Building Inspectors recommendation and authorize the Building Inspector to issue a building ermit for Skelly lid at the above location and authorize the Attorney a prepare the final zoning ordinance ameu4ment to cover this rezoning. Seconded by Malvin. 5 ayes.
