i <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was <br />called to order by Mayor Rustad at 8:00 p.m. on June 13, 1966 at <br />2401 Highway 10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112. <br />Officials Present: <br />Also Present: <br />Mayor I. C. Rustad <br />Clerk L. J. Blanchard <br />Trustee Perry Malvin <br />Trustee Richard Johnson <br />Trustee Gary Lang <br />Attorney Richard Meyers <br />Engineer Shelly Boehm <br />Public Works Walter Skiba <br />Deputy Clerk Joanne La Casse <br />Motion by Johnson to approve the minutes of May 23, 1966 <br />as presented. Seconded by Lang. 5 ayes. <br />Motion by Rustad to approve the minutes of June 6, 1966 <br />as presented. Seconded by Malvin. 5 ayes. <br />Mayor Rustad expressed condolences from the Village Council <br />on the death of Terry Peterson, son of Mr. and Airs. Elmer Peterson, <br />2237 Pinewood Drive. Terry was killed in action in Viet Nam. <br />Mr. Malvin read the B E Patrol Report for May. (on file.) <br />Mr. Malvin read the monthly Police Report for May. (on file) <br />The Engineer gave a report on the installation of the <br />alarm system. <br />Motion by Rustad to instruct the Engineer to order the <br />alarm system from Consolidated Electric in the amount of $290.00, <br />installed. Seconded by Johnson. 5 ayes. <br />Motion by Malvin to enter into agreement with Gopher <br />Electric Company (per copy attached) and authorize the Public Works <br />Superintendant to call when necessary. Seconded by Malvin. <br />5 ayes. <br />Motion by Malvin to adopt the rider to the agreement with <br />the St. Paul !ater Works Commission in regards to crossing the <br />St. Paul Water Works Line. Seconded by Blanchard. 5 ayes. <br />
