The Council has received official approval for MSA Street <br />Improvement Project 1966 -5. <br />Motion by Rustad to accept plans and specs for Street <br />Improvement Project 1966 -6. Seconded by Blanchard. 5 ayes. <br />This is for the area west of Long Lake Road and north of <br />Highway 10. <br />Motion by Rustad to set bid opening date for 1966 -6 Street <br />Project for July 11, 1966 at 12:30 p.m. Seconded by Lang. <br />5 ayes. <br />The results of the election by Maintenance personnel on <br />accepting the Union were all ayes. Copy attached to official <br />minutes. <br />It was reported that the basements in the Lois and Knoll <br />area have been filled. The basements on Eastwood and Greenwood are <br />bing capped. <br />The Council received a letter from a resident regarding <br />Allstate Plumbing. This was referred to Justice La Vague. <br />Motion by Blanchard to pay bills totaling $184,080.59 which <br />includes final payment to C. S. McCrossan for Se.ver Project 1964 -1, <br />Schedule A. Seconded by Rustad. 5 ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to deny 3.2 license at carnival spon- <br />sored by the Spring Lake Park Lions Club. Seconded by Rustad. <br />5 ayes. <br />The second quarter meter reading will be done by the <br />Maintenance Personnel. <br />Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution 239 regarding <br />apportionments. Seconded by Lang. 5 ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to adopty Resolution 240 for Water <br />Improvement Project 1960 -3 (this assessment is for one parcel of <br />property previously deleted). Seconded by Rustad. 5 ayes. <br />Motion by Johnson to adjourn.
