The regular meeting of <br />Council was called to order <br />8 :00 p.m. on August 8, 1966 <br />Highway #10. <br />Officials Present: <br />Acting Mayor <br />Clerk <br />Trustee <br />Trustee <br />Also Present: <br />Engineer <br />Attorney <br />Absent: <br />Mayor <br />Motion by Johnson <br />27, 1966 as presented. <br />Proceedings of the Village Council <br />Village of Mounds 'View <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />the Mounds View Village <br />by Acting Mayor Malvin at <br />at the Village Hall, 2401 <br />Perry Malvin <br />Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />Richard Johnson <br />Gary Lang <br />Shelly Boehm <br />Richard Meyers <br />Ingram Rusted <br />to approve the minutes of June <br />Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes <br />Motion by Malvin to approve the minutes of July 5, <br />1966 as presented. Seconded by Lang. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Johnson to approve the minutes of July <br />11, 1966 as presented. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Lang to approve the minutes of July 12, <br />1966 as presented. Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Malvin to approve the minutes of July <br />18, 1966 as presented. Seconded by Lang. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Malvin to approve the minutes of July <br />25, 1966 as presented. Seconded by Lang. 4 Ayes. <br />A petition for a street light on the Quincy Erickson <br />walk- through was received. <br />Motion by Malvin to order the street light (600 Lumen) <br />from Northern States Power Company. Seconded by Lang. <br />4 Ayes. <br />The Council was asked to have the walk -way blacktopped <br />and plowed in the winter. This was referred to the Agenda <br />Meeting. <br />A resident's questions regarding the sand piles on <br />Hillview Road was referred to NSSSD for answer. <br />A petition is being taken for a Civil Defense warning <br />siren. <br />
