Seconded by <br />Johnson. 4 Ayes. <br />The Acting Mayor opened the Public Hearing at <br />8:40 p.m. The Clerk read the legal description and <br />attested to the publication end mailing of same. <br />The Building Inspector approved the building. <br />The Acting Mayor called three times for objectors. <br />There were none, <br />The Hearing was closed by the Acting Mayor. <br />Motion by Johnson to approve the request to move <br />the house into Mounds View. Seconded by Lang. 4 Ayes. <br />The B E Patrol Report for July was read and <br />filed. <br />The Police Report for July was read and filed. <br />The .Building Inspector requested a variance for <br />Robert Eigenheer. <br />Motion by Malvin to grant a five foot variance on <br />Lot 11, Block 18, Pinewood Terrace #5. Subject to <br />payment of fees. Seconded by Johnson. 4 Ayes. <br />The Council was informed that the broken water <br />main on Silver Lake Road and Woodcrest Drive is under <br />repair. <br />The Engineer presented a change order for Dunkley- <br />Surfacing (1966 -7) for work on Edgewood Road. <br />Motion by Johnson to approve Change Order #1. <br />Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes. <br />The Engineer submitted a report for the ultimate <br />village water system to apply for a Federal Grant. (on <br />file). <br />Motion by Blanchard to authorize the Acting Mayor <br />to execute the application for federal aid on the <br />ultimate water system. Seconded by Lang. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Johnson to allow Comstock Davis to do <br />survey work for Dale Carlson Lot 7, Block 17, Pinewood <br />Terrace #5, Seconded by Lang. 4 Ayes. <br />There will be a preliminary assessment role hearing <br />for the Council and Engineer on August 10, 1966 at <br />6 :30 p.m. <br />
