-5- <br />Mr. Patter, 3034 Ardmore, questioned the acceptability of buried lines <br />lying exposed on the surface. <br />Mr. Edmond stated that this was a telephone cable, that It will have <br />to be reworked and that he will recheck the whole Park. <br />Trustee Malvin reported that the Civil Defense Director, Mr. Jackson, <br />will have information available on trailer tie downs. <br />Mayor Rustad pledged as much help as possible. <br />Final approval of the Park has not been given and the Attorney suggested <br />that all inspectors should submit reports to determine how far from <br />completion the Park is. <br />Park residents will submit a list of complaints. <br />The Attorney reviewed the Horse Ordinance. It will restrict horses to <br />owners premises. The Council will study it further. <br />Mr. Jim Polsak, President of Blue Nose International, showed pictures <br />of the proposed Structure to the Council. <br />Engineer Boehm reviewed the problem of the heavy pumping indicating <br />infiltration of the lift station by the Mobil Home Park. After much <br />checking, he recommends TV inspections of the lines in the Park <br />within 30 days. <br />Mayor Rustad directed the office to send a letter to the Park owners <br />stating that they must perform this inspection as recommended by our <br />Engineer. <br />M /S /P (Rustad- Johnson) To direct the Attorney and Engineer to prepare <br />the final application received from the Federal Government for a <br />Sewer Construction Grant. 5 Ayes <br />M /S /P (Malvin- Johnson) To adopt Resolution #317,authorizing the <br />application for Federal Sewer Grant and authorizing the Mayor to <br />act as the Signing Official of the Village. 5 Ayes <br />M /S /1 (Malvin -Lang) To adjourn at 10:13 r.
