Tom Thumb Market has been given a citation to clean up the old Christmas trees <br />or appear in court next week. <br />Trustee Lang discussed activity of the Parks and Playgrounds committee. <br />Another meeting is planned for mid -March and interested citizens are <br />encouraged to come and participate. <br />Sweeping sand from streets should be done. The Council agrees that it <br />should be done as an extension of the snow plowing contract with the <br />county. <br />Thursday night at 8:00 P.M. there will be a meeting at the village hall <br />of interested parties from all surrounding communities to discuss a sports <br />arena for this area. <br />The Attorney will investigate legal problems regarding electrical inspectors <br />employed in other capacities. <br />Charles Jackson stated that on March 27, at 8:00 P.M. in the village hall <br />the Civil Defense will have a display of equipment and will be available <br />to answer questions on emergency procedures. <br />The Degardner subdivision is in order if he grants a right of way as requested. <br />Engineer Boehm presented easement for NSSSD.
