A 30 day <br />notice must be given before the desired date. Request denied. <br />Engineer was authorized to check a drainage problem at 5046 Red Oak Drive. <br />Mayor Rustad reported that a Muscular Dystrophy carnival was held at 8085 Woodlawn <br />Sunday.
