3 <br />MSP (Malvin /Lang) To approve check #2804 transferring an additional <br />$18,200.00 to Water Bond for levy reduction. Transfer of $20,000.00 <br />made previously has cleared. <br />MSP '(Lang /Malvin) To approve check #1091 transferring 47 9 998 50 <br />(Lametti lien monies) to Improvement account from Bond Redemption. <br />MSP (Lang /Malvin) Approving Resolution #404 apportioning the assessments <br />on Division #39128 (Anderson,Colson). <br />MSP (Rustad /Lang) Approving Resolution #405 apportioning the assessments <br />on Division #39473 (DeGardner, Knight, Ford, Raveling). <br />Councilman- Malvin's Report <br />NSSSD currently meeting on budget. <br />NSSSD says no to any more than the $2,000.00 settlement. <br />Only Gary Lang at the last meeting. Mr. E. Johnson was not present to state <br />opposition to settlement. Malvin resented opposition to Council decision <br />to accept settlement. <br />Donald Hodges stated committee as a whole not against settlement. <br />Mayor asked for roll call of members at next meeting. <br />Councilman Lang's Report <br />Councilman Lang noted a number of village streets were blocked due to <br />construction. Wished information on whether Police were notified. <br />Donald Hodges questioned using plastic pipe for water extension to <br />Greenfield Park. Council said go by Ordinance. <br />Mayor read Planning Commission !minutes of September 17, 1968. <br />Bob Edmond stated building up in Mounds View but no problems. <br />Mayor asked for aid of Civil Defense at November 5th election. <br />Attorney Meyer's Report <br />Attorney recommended no action in regards to letter sent out by 0E0. <br />Village will he included automatically in community wide program. Clerks <br />office to write letter stating Council will take no action. <br />MSP (Lang /Malvin) Authorizing Mayor and Deputy Clerk to sign Lametti <br />Sons Inc. releases. 3 Ayes <br />Clerk's office to check on printing some more Ordinance 67 booklets. Also <br />to send copy of Resolution #310 authorizing Conservation Department to <br />execute Permit 67 414 authorizing crossing Rice Creek with a pipe. <br />Attorney will report on tax forfeited land at next meeting. <br />3 Ayes <br />
