Present: <br />Mayor Rustad <br />Councilman Johnson <br />Councilman Hodges <br />Councilman Blanchard <br />Absent: <br />Councilman Malvin <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />OCTOBER 13, 1969 <br />The Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by <br />Mayor Rustad at 8:00 P.M. on Monday, October 13, 1969, at the Village Hall, <br />2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112. <br />Mayor Rustad called for the opening of the sealed bids on the proposed sale of <br />$1,115,000 G. 0. Water Revenue Bonds and $205,000 Improvement Bonds. Bids were <br />opened by the Clerk and read by Paul Gubrud fiscal agent with Ehlers and Associates. <br />First National Bank of St. Paul <br />Net Interest Cost Not given. Net Interest Rate 6.9754% <br />Ebin, Robertson Company Inc. Schlichtmann, weed inspector, on a dying <br />oak tree on the boulevard at 5071 Irondale Road. Village employees to be <br />notified to remove this tree. <br />Mr. Ehlers and Mr. Gubrud reported that Ebin, Robertson and Company Inc. were <br />the lowest bidder by $224.40. <br />MSP (Blanchard /Johnson) To approve Resolution #452 awarding the sale of <br />$205,000.00 Improvement Bonds of 1969 and $1,115,000.00 G. 0.
