The committee found that the soil and terrain were well <br />suited for a golf course, adequate drainage existed, and the location was favorable. <br />The committee looked at average traffic density of other courses and gross and net <br />revenues. <br />9 Hole <br />20- 25,000 <br />20,000 <br />$400,000 <br />Mr. Glazer requested that if the Council was favorable they move to have Attorney <br />Meyers take an option on the property and also instruct Ehlers and Associates do <br />a full financial feasibility study. Mr. Glazer stressed that this is the last <br />big piece of land available in the community. <br />Mr. Gubrud spoke of this being the time for the financial feasibility study. <br />Mr. Herford stressed that the proposal tonight was for a 9 hole course with planning <br />for an 18 hold course.
