2 <br />Mr. Herford said that 140 acres is needed for a good 18 hole course. They could <br />get 103 acres with the Watson property and the needed remainder by picking up the <br />Jackson farm property. <br />Councilman Blanchard felt that a hearing should be set before any bonds were sold. <br />The rest of the Council agreed and wanted a formal report for the next agenda meeting. <br />Clerk- Administrator Zylla's Report <br />MSP (Blanchard /Hodges) To authorize Clerk-Administrator Zylla to send a letter to <br />the County Board supporting Shoreview's request for an ice arena within their <br />corporate limits. <br />Clerk- Administrator Zylla read a letter inviting Mayor Austad to be a participant <br />in the Ramsey County Fair parade on July 23rd. <br />MSP (Neisen /Blanchard) To approve the following licenses: Asphalt Gustafson <br />Blacktop Company; Cement Work Reynolds Gagnon: Cigarette Mounds View <br />Union #76- Douglas D. Brenner; Gas Supplier Northern Propane Gas Company; <br />Gasoline Station Mounds View Union #76- Douglas D. Brenner; General Contractor <br />M. J. Total disbursements $253,169.65. <br />4 Ayes <br />4 Ayes <br />4 Ayes <br />MSP (Malvin /Hodges) To adopt Resolution #492 apportioning the assessments on <br />Division #41863 White Oak Estates Second Addition. 4 Ayes <br />MSP (Malvin /Neisen) To adopt Resolution #491 authorizing Clerk- Administrator <br />Zylla to execute an agreement as requested by the Governors Commission on Crime <br />Prevention and Control for federal support in the purchase of a two way radio. <br />MSP (Neisen /Hodges) To adopt Resolution #493 authorizing Dennis Zylla to execute <br />the grant agreement as requested by the Governors Commission on Crime Prevention and <br />Control on behalf of School District 621 with the approval of the Village staff. 4 Ayes <br />Acting Mayor Malvin's Report <br />Acting Mayor Malvin read the police report for June. <br />Councilman Hodges' Report <br />Councilman Hodges gave a brief report on the progress of the Brauer and Associate <br />study. <br />Councilman Hodges informed the audience that starting July 21st the Lions Club was <br />going to build a 40 X 20 shelter in the Wayside Park. <br />Councilman Blanchard's Report <br />Councilman Blanchard stated that their will he a meeting of the NSSSD tomorrow <br />night. <br />4 Ayes <br />
