2 <br />Councilman Hodges' Report <br />Councilman Hodges announced that October 28th was the presentation date set for <br />the Brauer Park Plan. <br />Councilman Hodges thanked the Mounds View Lions and the Mrs. Jaycees for the <br />park shelter and two swinging gates respectively. <br />Councilman Neisen's Report <br />Councilman Neisen stated that Woodale West of Long Lake Road had been graded. <br />In addition the sewer problem on Silver Lake Road had been taken care of. <br />Engineer Boehm's Report <br />Engineer Boehm announced that the HUD project was progressing rapidly. He <br />remarked that the new water tower had been painted three times with "Class of 71 <br />He received one fencing estimate of $2,500. <br />MSP (Blanchard/Neisen) To authorize the engineer to prepare final plans and <br />specifications for fencing the 500,000 gallon water tower. 5 Ayes <br />Engineer Boehm explained the tentative solution to serving the property of <br />White Oak Builders with water as explained in the preliminary report for <br />Project 1970 -4.
