2 <br />Robert Eigenheer appeared with plans for Eigenheer Plaza on Lot 2 Block 5 <br />Eigenheer 2nd Addition. <br />MSP (Neisen /Johnson) To approve the plans for Eigenheer Plaza subject to <br />approval of a drainage plan by the Village engineer. <br />Approved plan includes a five foot side yard setback on the West and a five foot <br />rear yard setback on the South or O'Connell Drive. A fence or hedge of evergreens <br />is to be constructed to the East and South also of four to six feet. <br />MSP (Blanchard /Neisen) To direct the engineer to prepare a preliminary report <br />and cost estimate for storm sewer for the general area of Eigenheers 2nd and 3rd <br />Addition, Project 1971 -2. <br />Ronald Fagerstrom, Chief of the Spring Lake Park Fire Department, appeared requescing <br />Council action on renumbering the East West streets in the Village. The League of <br />Woman Voters volunteered to work with Mr. Fagerstrom in presenting a positive <br />program to the Council. Councilman Neisen volunteered his assistance also. <br />Mr. Roger Baumgartner requested that a notice be published in the New Brighton <br />Bulletin notifying residents of Ordinance 52, the junked car ordinance, and the <br />March 2nd expiration for license plates. <br />Ed Dropps of White Oak Builders presented a preliminary plan for White Oaks 3rd <br />Addition et al. The area included the open land North of Ridge Lane between <br />Irondale and Long Lake Road and the area North of Woodcrest East of Red Oak to <br />Long Lake Road excepting a parcel owned by K. Harstad now awaiting a possible <br />appeal from Mounds View versus Red Oak Estates. Attorney Meyers advised the <br />Council on the status of the aforementioned court case and stated no formal <br />action should be taken on the plat until the appeal rights have expired (5/18/71) <br />or until a waiver of appeal has been signed. Mr. Dropps was referred to the <br />Planning Commission. <br />Acting Mayor Blanchard's Report <br />Acting Mayor Blanchard accepted the police report for January and referred it to <br />publication. <br />Clerk- Administrator Zylla's Report <br />MSP (Neisen /Johnson) To approve the following licenses: General Contractor <br />Donco Builders Inc., Herbert E. Garbers, Bldr., Lindman Bldr., Ted Murr Inc., <br />and Swenson Becker Construction. <br />MSP (Blanchard /Neisen) To spprcve the following bills: General checks #4850 -4881, <br />Payroll checks 1896 -1923, WS- MINN -45 checks 078 -082 and Bond check 592. <br />Total disbursements $19,933.28. <br />MSP ;Johnson /Neisen) To adopt Resolution #512 correcting the County and Village <br />assessment records relative to Lot 5 Block 1 Smuder Addition and Ex S 12' of <br />Lot 5 Block 1 Spring Lake Park Highlands Addition. <br />3 Ayes <br />3 Ayes <br />3 Ayes <br />3 Ayes <br />3 Ayes <br />
