3 <br />MSP (Neisen /Johnson) To accept the petitions for sewer, water, street, and <br />storm sewer improvements during 1971 and 1972 for proposed Knollwood from <br />Arden to County Road J, proposed Sunnyside from Ardan to County Road J, for <br />East 1/2 of Southeast 1/4 of Southwest 1/4 of Section 5, for White Oak Estates <br />3rd Addition, and for the proposed extensions of Sunnyside, Ridge Lane, <br />Brighton Lane, Rainbow Lane and Woodale Drive in Section 7. (Project 1971 -1) 3 Ayes <br />MSP (Neisen /Blanchard) To refer the petitions to the engineer and request a <br />preliminary report and cost estimate for sewer, water, street and storm sewer for <br />Project 1971 -1. 3 Ayes <br />Clerk- Administrator Zylla announced that letters have been received from Robert <br />Glazer, Roger Baumgartner, Wayne Burmeister, and Barbara Haake requesting <br />consideration to their appointment on the Planning Commission. Mrs. Haake <br />requested appointment to the Recreation Committee as a second choice. <br />MSP (Neisen /Blanchard) To enter into a five year lease agreement with Herbst <br />and Sons Construction Company enabling the company to install a ten foot antenna <br />on Water Tower #2 for radio dispatching of trucks for $100 per year and to <br />authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign. <br />MSP (Blanchard /Neisen) To adopt Resolution #513 apportioning the assessments <br />for Donald and Claude Stafford on Division #42738. <br />MSP (Neisen /Johnson) To adopt Resolution #514 apportioning the assessments <br />for White Oak Estates on Division #41863. <br />Councilman Johnson's Report <br />Councilman Johnson stated that discussion was followed on codifying Village <br />ordinances at the last agenda meeting. Moreover the audit on the Village books <br />is progressing and information is being compiled on a possible amendment to the <br />building code on square footage and garage requirements. <br />MSP (Johnson /Blanchard) To authorize the Clerk- Administrator to attend the <br />Conference for Municipal Clerks and Finance Officers on March llth and 12th <br />and issue a check for the $25.00 registration fee. <br />Attorney Meyers' Report <br />Attorney Meyers announced that he, the Engineer and Clerk appeared before the <br />County Board on February 8th to request the refund of our $24,000 on the <br />Chies Bros. Silver Lake Road project in 1965. The matter was referred to <br />their Highway Committee. <br />MSP (Neisen /Blanchard) To adopt Ordinance #183 amending Ordinance #182 the <br />Snowmobile Ordinance providing riding on municipal streets under certain <br />conditions and increasing the hours of operation from 10 P.M. to 11 P.M. on <br />Friday and Saturday nights. <br />MSP (Johnson /Neisen) To increase the salary of Ralph Hanggi 7% to $64.20 per <br />month and if the Clerk- Administrator has any complaints on the work performed <br />to have him contact Mr. Hanggi. <br />3 Ayes <br />3 Ayes <br />3 Ayes <br />3 Ayes <br />3 Ayes <br />3 Ayes <br />
