Present: <br />Mayor Rustad's Report <br />Mayor Rustad <br />Councilman Hodges <br />Councilman Blanchard <br />Councilman Neisen <br />Councilman Johnson <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESJTA <br />March H, 1971 <br />The Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by <br />Mayor Rustad at 8:00 P.M. on Monday, March H, 1971 at the Vil agc Hall, 2401 <br />Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112. <br />Residents Requests and Comments from the floor <br />Also Present: <br />Clerk Administrator Zylla <br />Attorney Meyers <br />Engineer Boehm <br />MSP (Neisen /Blanchard) To approve the minutes of February 22, 1971. 5 Ayes <br />Frank Wagoner of Component Homes lnc. requested Council approval of two section <br />housing being built in Hugo. Mr. Wagoner was referred to the building inspector <br />and the Planning Commission. Mr. Skiba is to check on the construction at the <br />factory and make a report to the Council. <br />Mayor Rustad read the police report for February. <br />MSP (Rustad /Neisen) To appoint Roger Baumgartner to the Planning Commission <br />to fill the vacancy created by Ordinance #184 passed February 22nd. <br />MSP (Rustad/Hodges) To appoint the following Planning Commission members to <br />terms expiring on December 31, 1971 Ben Falk, Robert Larson and Roger <br />Baumgartner; tc terms expiring on December 31, 1972 Charlotte Forslund, Al <br />Hillsdale and James Burgraff; to terms expiring on December 31, 1973 George <br />Gustafson, Phyllis Blanchard and Milt Stole. <br />Mayor Rustad appointed Councilman Johnson to serve as liason officer between the <br />Council and the Planning Commission. <br />Clerk- Administrator Zylla's Report <br />MSP (Blanchard /Hodges) To approve the fallowing licenses: Cement Work <br />Dave Berry Construction, Burton Anderson Contractor; General Contractor <br />Mar -Donn Construction, Dailey Homes, Inc.; Sign and Billboard Universal <br />Sign Co.; Heating All Season Comfort, Rose Plumbing Heating and <br />Anti Pollution Devices Inc. <br />MSP (Hodges /Neisen) To approve the following bills General check is 4913 -4920, <br />Payroll check #'s 1958 -1980 and Bond check 593.
