2 <br />Mayor Neisen warned that Wednesday was the last day to have 72 tabs on your car <br />and that the Police Department in the near future would be making the rounds and <br />issuing citations to any cars parked without current tabs. <br />MSP (Neisen /Johnson) To appoint the following individuals to the Industrial <br />Development Committee: Nancy Burmeister, Tim Kishel, Gordy Ziebarth, John <br />Krawczyk, Howard Neisen, and Joe Lemm and to appoint the following individuals <br />to the Human Rights Commission: Rosemary Goff two year term, Mike Steele two <br />year term, Jim Neardahl three year term, Joan Godeke three year term, Carol <br />Ziebarth one year term and Jan Massey one year term. <br />Mayor Neisen also announced that as of the first of March the B E Patrol will <br />be on double time with the possibility of continuing the double time for April. <br />Mayor Neisen read the Police Report for January. <br />Clerk- Administrator Zylla's Report <br />MSP (Neisen /Baumgartner) To approve the following licenses: Cement Albin <br />Katzner Cement Company; Excavating Beyer's Excavating, Ven Hendrickson <br />Excavating Company; General Contractor Rodney Damm and Ted Murr, Inc. <br />MSP (Johnson /Pickar) To approve the following bills: General check #'s 5880 <br />consecutive through 5921 and Payroll check #'s 2550 consecutive through 2586. <br />Total disbursements $25,624.96. <br />Mayor Neisen directed the Clerk to check into the cost of carpeting the addition <br />to the police office. <br />MSP (Hodges /Johnson) To approve the agreement with the B E Patrol to serve <br />as dog catcher for the Village of Mounds View and to authorize the Mayor and Clerk <br />to sign it. <br />5 Ayes <br />5 Ayes <br />5 <br />Ayes <br />5 Ayes <br />MSP (Neisen /Pickar) To adopt Resolution #563 apportioning the assessments on <br />Division #44487. 5 Ayes <br />Clerk Zylla stated that there was additional assessments of $1,070.00 involved <br />in this apportionment, however, they were paid in December by the owner of the <br />property. <br />MSP (Hodges /Johnson) To adopt Resolution #564 apportioning the assessments on <br />Division #44368. 5 Ayes <br />Clerk- Administrator Zylla stated that regarding the parking problem on Jackson <br />Drive across from 5445, the Chief of Police has recommended the East side of <br />Jackson from Bronson to Groberg be posted with no parking signs. <br />MSP (Neisen /Hodges) To post the east side of Jackson from Bronson to Groberg <br />with no parking signs on the recommendation of the Chief of Police. <br />Clerk- Administrator Zylla read a letter from Fire Chief Fagerstrom in which he <br />outlined,the building code deficiencies and fire code violations that were in <br />effect on February 21, 1972 at 5445 Jackson Drive. <br />Clerk- Administrator Zylla informed the Council that these violations have since <br />been taken care of and the certificate of completion has been issued to the owner. <br />5 Ayes <br />
