Attorney Me yers' Report <br />3 <br />Attorney Meyers commented that he had sent a request to Mr. Lewis of Lewis Lines, <br />County Road H2 and Silver Lake Road, requesting that he clean up his property. <br />Mrs. Lewis has contacted and informed him that they would be in compliance by <br />April 30th. <br />Mr. Meyers also stated that he was contacted by Edwin Dropps of White Oak Builders, <br />and Mr. Dropps agreed to pay the $1,500 balance due on the Irondale Road water <br />assessment. A letter was sent by Clerk Zylla informing Mr. Dropps that we would <br />expect $1,000 by May 19th and $500 by June 19th. <br />Engineer Boehm's Report <br />Engineer Boehm read a letter from the Ramsey County Administrator informing the <br />Village about County equipment that may be used by the Village. <br />Engineer Boehm suggested that catch basins be covered while the streets are <br />being swept to prevent sand in the basins. <br />Mayor Neisen thanked Mrs. Haake for her minutes of the Land Use meeting held <br />in New Brighton. <br />MSP (Hodges /Baumgartner) To adjourn at 8:38 P.M. 5 Ayes <br />R specttully Submitted, <br />Dennis S.
