MSP (Baumgartner /Picker) To close the hearing at 8:46 Y.M. Clerk- Administrator Zylla's Report MSP (Hodges /Pickar) To approve the following licenses: Asphalt H S Asphalt Company, Metro Enterprises Inc.; Cement Al Mosier, Neal Cement Company; General Contractor Phil Ducharm, Stuart Construction Company, Gilbert Const., Company, Inc.; Roofing Andrews Sons Roofing, Greg's Roofing; Wrecking Herbst Sons. MSP (Neisen /Baumgartner) To approve the following bills: General checks #6066 consecutive through 6103 and Payroll checks #2694 consecutive through 2715. Total disbursements $17,351.37. 5 Ayes Clerk Zylla presented a report to the Council on the current value of the Mounds View utility system as of 12/31/71. The report was authorized at the regular meeting of December 27, 1971 and stems from the recommendation of the 1968 -1970 audit report of the George M. Hansen Company. The Council received the report which lists a current value as of December 31, 1971 of $9,451,503. Clerk Zylla announced that there is approximately 400 feet of 4 inch Village irrigation pipe which has been laying useless for the last five or six years. He requested permission from the Council to sell the pipe or dispose of it in some acceptable manner. MSP (Hodges /Johnson) To authorize the Clerk to investigate selling the pipe. MSP (Pickar /Neisen) To approve the subdivision of Lot 96 Knollwood Park Addition for White Oak Builders subject to a 30 foot easement on the south. 5 Ayes Clerk Zylla announced that he has received certain aerial photographs of the Village courtesy of a research firm. MSP (Neisen /Hodges) To authorize the Clerk to investigate the possibility of blowing up one of the pictures into an acceptable wall size photograph. Councilman Hodges' Report 2 Councilman Hodges relayed his thanks to the Mounds View Snowmobile Club, J W Pickup Service, Mounds View Lionettes, Fedor's Market, Dick Paradise and others for their assistance during the 1972 Mounds View Clean Up Day, Saturday, April 29th. Councilman Johnson's Report Councilman Johnson announced that there will be a special hearing at the Fridley City Hall at 8:00 P.M. on May 17th to consider the Metropolitan Sewer Board's Five Year Capital Improvement Program. Councilman Baumgnrt.ner's Report Councilman Baumgartner stated that there was a Recreation meeting on May 7th and their next meeting will be scheduled for the 17th.
