PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA May 22, 1972 The Regular Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by Mayor Neisen at 8:00 P.M. on Monday, May 22, 1972 at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, St. Paul, Minnesota 55112. Present: Mayor Neisen Councilman Hodges Councilman Johnson Councilman Baumgartner Councilman Pickar Clerk- Administrator Zylla's Report Also Present: Clerk- Administrator Zylla Attorney Meyers Engineer Boehm MSP (Hodges Baumgartner) To approve the minutes of May 8th, 1972 corrected to read on Page 3, 2nd paragraph "opposition primarily of the added parking it would generate 5 Ayes Residents Requests and Comments from the Floor: MSP (Neisen- Hodges) To approve the transfer of the on sale intoxica liquor license, the Sunday liquor license, the off -sale intoxicating liquor license, the restaurant license and the off -sale non intoxicating liquor license from Robert and Gerald Waste to Albert and Joseph Hartinger, doing business as the Launching Pad Supper Club, effective June 1st, 1972 and the issuance of a cigarette license and cabaret license, subject to payment of fees and the proof of transfer of ownership. 5 Ayes Mayor Neisen's Report Mayor Neisen announced for the months of June, July and August the agenda meeting would be scheduled for only the 1st Monday of each month due to vacation schedules, army reserve committments, and a wedding. MSP (Pickar Hodges) To approve the following licenses: Asphalt B H Blacktopping Inc.; Plastering Outside Stucco Frogner Drywall Co.; General Contractor G. James Const., Mar -Son Const., Alandale Builders, Inc.; Restaurant John Hulteen d /b /a Country Kitchen; Set -Up License and Dance License Anton E. Jambor d /b /a Bel -Rae Ballroom; Off Sale Intoxicating Liquor License Simon T. Simon d /b /a Simon's Liquor Store, Inc., Rita M. Waste d /b /a B R Liquor; Cabaret License Off Sale Intoxicating Liquor License Donald J. Marrone d /b /a Mermaid Lounge, Inc., and Anthony Donatelle d /b /a Donatelle's Supper Club. 5 Ayes MSP (Hodges Baumgartner) To approve the foliowing bills: General checks No. 6104 consecutive through 6140. Total disbursements $18,870.76. 5 Ayes MSP (Johnson Pickar) To approve the transfer of $6,590.00, check No. 6141 from the General Fund to the MSA Bond Fund to correct the bank deposit of May 12th, 1972. 5 Ayes A request by Keith Harstad for the issuance of a special use permit to remove fill from a Site North of Ridge Lane between Long Lake Road and Sunnyside Road
