MSP (Neisen Baumgartner To require that both subdivisions passed tonight prior <br />to the enactment of Ordinance No. 216 be required to dedicate cash or land as <br />dictated by the terms of the amended ordinance. <br />A motion and second to direct the preparation of an Ordinance clarifying that fences <br />be installed up to the lot line, that they be no more than 42 inches in the front <br />yard and have 90% visibility on corner lots were withdrawn in order that the Council <br />may have more time to familiarize themselves with the issue. Copies of fence <br />ordinances of other municipalities were requested. <br />Attorney Meyers' Report <br />The Council received a copy of proposed Chapter 93 to the Municipal Code entitled <br />the Public Health Housing Code. Action is expected at the following meeting. <br />MSR (Neisen- Hodges) To adopt Resolution No. 630, directing the City Attorney to <br />proceed with condemnation procedures for Improvement Project 1973 -4. <br />MSP (Baumgartner- Johnson) To adopt Ordinance No. 214 amending Chapter 39 deleting <br />the requirements for sign maintenance permits. <br />MSP (Neisen Baumgartner) To adopt Ordinance No. 215 increasing the size of garbage <br />containers from ten gallons to 30 gallons. <br />MSP (Pickar Neisen) To adopt Ordinance No. 216 amending Chapter 42.07 providing <br />that a credit for cash or land dedication for parks will be given only for the <br />existing single family dwelling unit parcel. <br />MSP (Johnson Baumgartner) To adjourn at 10:15 P.M. <br />Regpectfully Submitted, <br />Dennis Aylla, <br />Clerk- Administrator <br />5 Ayes <br />5 Ayes <br />5 Ayes <br />5 Ayes <br />5 Ayes <br />5 Ayes;; <br />
