Page 9 <br />September 8, 1975 <br />Councilman Baumgartner recommended the speed limit be changed to 30 MPH <br />on Long Lake Road from County Road H to County Road J. <br />MSP (Baumgartner Shelquist) that City petition County to make Long Lake <br />Road and Hillview Road a four way stop and that the County consider <br />lowering the speed limit from County Road H to County Road J from 40 MPH <br />to 30 MPH. <br />ATTORNEY MEYERS' R1:PORT <br />Attorney Meyers said he had been going over the city zoning ordinance <br />and has a lot of questions and comments which he will air to the Planning <br />Commission sometime. <br />Attorney Meyers cautioned that using waivers can be ineffective in <br />legal disputes if the signing and maintaining of these waivers is not <br />scrupulously kept. <br />MSP (Shelquist Hodges) to adjourn at 11:40 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Mark Achen <br />Clerk- Administrator <br />4 Ayes <br />4 Ayes <br />
