Page 11 <br />October 14, 1975 <br />Engineer Comstock's Report <br />Engineer Comstock reported on the drainage ditch for Perkins Cake and Steak. <br />He said state agreed to start work on October 20th and finish the project <br />in three to four days. Rice Creek Watershed District issued a permit <br />for the project. <br />Engineer Comstock stated Rice Creek Watershed was also overlooking the <br />cit hall parking lot construction plan. A change order will be necessary <br />to satisfy Rice Creek Watershed District. An addition of $900 in project <br />cost will be required to install inlets to the catch basins. The plans <br />include a baffled weir.
