May 1i2, 1978 <br />COUNCILMEMBER ZIEBARTH'S REPORT <br />Councilmember_Ziebarth stated that he was concerned about crossing lines into the <br />Planning, Commission's authority and having two groups doing the same thing when <br />they don't need it. <br />Page 13 <br />MAYOR PICKAR'S REPORT <br />Mayor Pickar stated that he had received a lengthy request from the chairman of the <br />Task Force for a survey, which will be placed on the schedule for the next agenda <br />meeting. <br />Mr. Loeding stated that the Task Force wants to issue the survey this week. Mayor <br />Pickar replied that he had just received his copy of the outline on Sunday and that <br />the other Council members had not yet had a chance to review it. Engineer Hubbard <br />recommended that the survey be put into a more finalized form, rather than the <br />rough outline it was presently in. <br />Mayor Pickar asked if the figures were in yet from Clean -Up Day. Engineer Hubbard <br />replied that Mr. Herbst would not be charging the City for his services. <br />Councilmember Baumgartner asked that a thank you letter be sent to Mr. Herbst by <br />the City Administrator. <br />Administrator Achen reported that he will be out of town on May 10, 11 and 12. <br />MSP (Baumgartner Rowley) to adjourn the meeting at 11:35 PM. 5 ayes <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />g <br />Mark Achen <br />Clerk /Administrator <br />
