PROCEEDINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA A regular meeting of the Mounds View City Council was called to order by Mayor Pickar at 7:30 PM on Monday, September 25, 1978 at the Mounds View City Hall, 240] Highway 10, Mounds View, Minnesota 55112. Members Present: Also Present: Mayor Pickar Councilmember Baumgartner Councilmember Hodges Councilmember Rowley Councilmember Ziebarth Clerk /Administrator Achen Attorney Meyers MSP (Hodges- Baumgartner) to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of September 11, 1978 as presented. 4 ayes_:;;: 1 abstair/ Councilmember Rowley stated she was abstaining from the vote as she had not been present at the September 11 meeting. CITIZENS COMMENTS AND REQUESTS There were no citizen comments or requests. APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA MSP (Rowley- Hodges) to approve the consent agenda as follows: 5 ayes ITEM A. Reschedule the October 9, 1978, regular. City Council meeting, which falls on a legal holiday, to 7:30 PM, Tuesday, October 10, 1978. ITEM B. Set public hearing for 7 :50 PM, Tuesday, October 10, 1978, on the Willard Graham request to rezone 2525 County Road I from R -1 to R -2 residential district. ITEM C. Adopt Resolution No. 930 authorizing execution of Development Agreement 78 -27 with Omega Management Inc. for the construction of a duplex residence at 7636 Woodlawn Drive as recommended by the Planning Commission (9/13/78 minutes). Terms of the Agreement require a $1,000 per�Jrmance guarantee, sodding paving, concrete sidewalks, two trees, and surface drainage to Woodlawn Drive. ITEM D. Adopt Resolution No. 931 amending salaries, wages and benefits established for calendar year 1978 in order to rectify inequities in pay levels resulting from the June 22, 1978, Teamsters_ Local No. 320 police arbitration award.
