CONSENT AGENDA March 12, 1979 The consent agenda is a technique designed to expedite handling of routine and miscellaneous official business of the City Council. The entire agenda may be adopted by the Council in one motion. The motion for adoption is non debatable and must receive unanimous approval. By request of any individual Council Member, any item can be removed from the consent agenda and placed upon the regular agenda for debate. ITEM A. Adopt Resolution No. 972 authorizing the City of Maplewood to sponsor application of a grant for new police mobile radio units. ITEM B. Adopt Resolution No. 973 approving partial release of the performance guarantee with Mounds View Development Co. No. 1 totalling $36,332 less 10% for an actual amount of $32,698.80, per the Comstock Davis Statement of Work. ITEM C. Schedule continued public hearing on the Bayport Acres major subdivision for 8:20 PM on March 26, 1979. ITEM D. Adopt Resolution Nos. 974 and 975 authorizing sale and /or acquisition of certain tax forfeited lands in the City of Mounds View. ITEM E. Schedule a public meeting with the Planning Commission for March 14, 1979, at 7:00 PM to discuss the minimum lot size requirements. ITEM F. Approve the following Commission appointments: Frank Holm Festivities Commission 3 -year term Lorna Holm Festivities Commission 3 -year term Barb Haake Park Recreation Commission 1 -year term ITEM G. Set the pay rate for Barbara Collins, Clerical Aide, at $3.25 per hour. ITEM H. Approve the March 12, 1979, bills for payment. ITEM I. Approve the following licenses: CONTRACTORS expire 6/30/79 General new Carlson Store Fixture 26 No. 5th St. Concept 21 Builders Inc. 1700 3rd St. N.W. Karlen Construction 901 125th Ave. N.E.
