April 9, 1979 Page 9 <br />MAYOR MCCARTY'S REPORT <br />Mayor McCarty reported that school board elections will be May 15. <br />Mayor McCarty stated that he feels, after talking with the Council, <br />that recording agenda sessions will not be acceptable as it stiffles <br />conversation. <br />MSP (McCarty Ziebarth) to adopt a policy that tape recording will not <br />be allowed in agenda sessions. 5 ayes <br />Mayor McCarty reported that he will be investigating tax forfeited <br />lands with Official Rose and Councilmember Forslund on April 10. <br />Mayor McCarty reported that the City had received a letter on the <br />governor's volunteer week and recommended that the City send for the <br />kit. <br />MSP (McCarty Forslund) to adjourn the meeting at 11 :45 PM. 5 ayes <br />4011v, f tied, <br />Bruce K. <br />son <br />Acting Cler dministrator <br />
