REPORTS OF COUNCIL <br />TV commission- -urged the commission to MEMBERS /ADMINISTRATOR <br />get underway. Nelson stated the letter <br />will be going to the commission for their <br />study by 12/27/79. They will be sworn in, <br />and will establish meeting dates and goals. <br />Rowley 1) Will be presenting Mounds <br />View's position re: airport to a legislative <br />sub committee later in the week. <br />2) Lakeside Park meeting tentatively 12/13. <br />Lakeside Committee, Rowley Linke did not meet <br />with Commissioner Orth last Thursday, but will reschedule. <br />3) Suggested Council prepare a commendation <br />for Teacher of the Year, Cecilia Quaife. <br />4) Suggested Council sit down with Staff <br />to go over the new Charter in order to be ready by <br />the 90 -day period for the ordinance required by chapter <br />8 of. the Charter. <br />Rowley moved the agenda meeting begin at <br />6:30 PM, December 17, 1979.
