It <br />was seconded by Ziebarth. <br />The motion carried. <br />3) A discussion with Machmeier will be <br />reviewed by the Council at the agenda <br />session January 7, 1980. <br />4) Nelson requested approval of procedures <br />on public hearing notices and nite depository <br />at City Hall. <br />McCarty moved to grant conceptual approval <br />for after -hours depository and direct Staff <br />to recommend adjustment of City Hall work <br />hours. It was seconded by Ziebarth. <br />5) Re: the petition for street lights received Street Light Petition <br />by Council at the 12/10/79 meeting between <br />County Rd. H2 between Spring Lake Road and <br />Knollwood- -Staff will notify Mr. Rice that <br />the petition is lacking a claim of need. <br />6) Angie's Pizza the individuals concerned <br />were present at this meeting and were advised <br />the 3.2 beer license matter would be <br />discussed at the January 14, 1980 meeting. <br />Rowley: 1) Resolution 1062 approves <br />Park Recreation part -time seasonal <br />employees. <br />Rowley moved to adopt Resolution 1062 and <br />dispense with the reading of it.
