The Mounds View City Council was <br />called to order at 7:30 PM January <br />28, 1980 by the Mayor. <br />Members Present: Mayor McCarty, Council- 2. ROLL CALL <br />members Forslund, Rowley, Hodges and <br />Ziebarth <br />Members Absent: None <br />Also Present: City Attorney Meyers, <br />City Administrator Nelson <br />Hodges moved to approve the minutes <br />of the January 3, 1980 meeting as <br />corrected. Seconded by Forslund. <br />The motion carried. <br />Ziebarth moved to approve the minutes January 14, 1980 <br />of the January 14, 1980 meeting as <br />corrected.
